I am very interested if anyone knows who owns the manuf. rights to the mini bikes.
The design of these units was well thought out, and maybe someone might want to purchase the patents or rights to manufacture the bikes, or at least a similar copy.
Before I send someone on a patent search, does anyone know in the Rupp world who may own the rights?
I saw from the history in one article, that Arctic Cat purchased the snow mobile rights, but does anyone know if they bought the mini bike side of the business as well?

I believe theres a man here in Ohio, south of me that's buying or bought the Rupp rights. He sells a lot of redone HS40s on ebay, and I was at his place last spring. I'll try to find his name. Sad part of this is, he parts Rupps out, and is driving the cost of Rupps out of sight, that and the price of chrome work.
