I am finishing a Rupp Roadster (1970) and am needing a new engine and was wondering what the best one would be to fit it and give it enough power to go at least 45 mph not at full throttle for when I legalize it for the streets so im not maxed out at 45
thanks.

your in a tough situation there if thrying to use a stock flathead engine....The HS50 will be your best option. www.RuppParts.com can fix you up with a ready to bolt on engine
